True Care U was founded to provide compassionate, person-centred support for people living with disability. We focus on understanding each participant’s unique needs and empowering them to live independently and confidently.
We also offer Chinese-speaking support, ensuring clear communication and culturally responsive care for diverse communities.

At True Care U, we support NDIS participants aged 7 to 64 years. Our services include daily living support, personal care, community participation, life skills development, employment support, and wellbeing programs. Each participant receives flexible, person-centred care designed to build independence, confidence, and meaningful community engagement.
